Quit trying to force me to give my phone number!

This is getting ridiculous! Every month now I get at least 1 spam page when trying to visit the store page asking me to give Steam my phone number and sign up for the mobile security thingie. I am NOT giving Steam my phone number! There needs to be a checkbox in the account configuration page to never show that spam again.

Doesn't the pop up message direct you to respond to the *email* link?

Not a pop up, this is within the steam browser when I try to go to the store. At least once a month it goes to a page telling me to link my phone with my account. I have not seen an email link on that page either.
