Sports game with career mode?

I do not really knoww where to posr rhis, so sorry if this is the wrong place.
I'm looking for a game that has a career mode (à la fight night, back in the days) AND that wouldn't be about either cars or football.
Fighting games would be perfect, but I can't seem to find any.
I've seen for example, Real Boxing, but the forum posts there scared me out.
Anyway, any leads?

Edit : By career mode I mean something like a career mode, it doesn't have to be an exact career like in Fight Night, I know this is not to be found on PC.
I also love other fighting games, not only boxing :-)

(I love boxing very much, though).

I don't know about boxing, but I know all the NBA2k games have Career modes.
