So I've just put $20 on Steam and I want to ask you guys from the Steam Community what game should I buy for this amount of money ?

Well if youre into realistic shooters, id suggest Insurgency and Red Orchestra 2. Especially Insurgency, i believe it is on sale for only $5. Garrys Mod is also an essential game to any steam users library.

I would definitely wait until the Steam Summer sale that comes in a couple of months before buying games on Steam unless the game/s you are buying are currently on sale

I am in the same boat...$33 and I do not know what to buy..nothing is grabbing my attention.

I would say buy a couple of Fps games, some have some great gameplay like Half Life, Portal, Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2 is free, or if you don't like those kind of games then buy a platformer, those are pretty fun as well. One more thing, you could try some racing games, there are quite a few of them out there.

You have a small inventory so advice isn't easy.

If $20 isn't the sort of money that comes to your account regularly I'd personally advise playing some of the Free to Play games on Steam until there's something really good on sale. If you pick games three years and older $20 could get you two or three games.

You also don't tell us what you like. From your time in CS:GO I'm guessing FPSs in which case I'd strongly recommend the free to play Team Fortress 2. Of present offers the Transformers games look pretty good and Overlord and Overlord 2 are good value at their sale prices. However since your library of games is so small I'd really recommend holding out until something really good comes on sale - there's due to be a huge sale at the end of June. Unturned and Robocraft are both great free to plays and there are lots of other great games in the free to play list.

I'd also say - always buy during sales, never at full price.
