How to install back game locally after clean install OS X?

I recently clean installed OS X Mavericks, i saved the steam folder(/Users/UserNameHere/Library/Application Support/Steam) in other place, after clean install, I move back this folder to same location but i can play game if i click on the play button in steam app, but in launchpad, there has no icon of the game at all, i remember before i clean install there has a application folder contain the games in my UserName folder, but now this does not appear since i only move the steam folder back to there.

Questions:
1) So how do i have the games icon appear in launchpad again?
2) What is the proper way to move back game if i done wrongly?
