In Home Streaming on 2015 Macbook (intel core M) decoding problems.

I have tried, in home streaming with my 2015 core m macbook, and I get a "Slow network" stutter but in between these moments i get smooth gameplay with minimal input lag.

i finally got ahold of another macbook, an air ted baker dress running a intel core i3. and the service works perfectly.

I have tinkered around with all the settings, and made all the settings to theoretically be the fastest performance, but i still get the same problem so i suspected it wasn't anything to do with my network. ( which is an AC1900 router getting about 1.3Gbps)

I read something about Intel quick sync but to further investigation that might just be dedicated to video encoding, so it doesn't help with decoding on the client computer.

This is more of a warning, that in home streaming seems to just not work on this machine.

Is there something i can do to help solve this odd stutter. which seems to be exclusive to the client and not the host PC.
