no but seriously spelunky is a great choice but it depends on what games she likes what genre? is her only issues with games sexism or does she not like say shooters or rpgs or strategy games give us something to work with
Gender neutral games, e.g. strategies(RTS, TBS, building strategy games, business strategy e.g. Port Royale).
Or games where she can create female character, like The Elder Scrolls series, Drakensang, maybe Titan Quest.
