Older games.
I bought a few years ago a couple of games, such as Fable - The Lost Chapters, STALKER: Call of Pripyat etc. etc.. and these games do not have a steam key, only the CD-key. Is there any possibility that I could join them for the steam account as if it were purchased in steam?

Put the CD key into Steam and see what happens.

Sadly both the games you are asking about are not included.
