Add an option to make notifications appear on a different monitor

I would like to move the notifications of Steam from the primary to a secondary monitor, where most of my Steam stuff, including chat windows and friends list, is being focused. The ability to change my Steam notification box position to another monitor would certainly be a neat addition to that.

By "notification box" I mean the rectangle which appears at the corner of your screen, when some of your friends come online, or there's a new announcement, etc.

I like this idea. I would also like to upvote threads instead of having to respond to them, since Reddit is crapping their pants right now. Many things don't seem very well thought out on Steam.
