how do i download tf2 steam workshop items?

i need help. im new to steam and have never used the steam workshop. is there anyway to download items from the workshop? please tell.

You don't.

TF2 Workshop is different to most others, in that the submissions are put there for the developers (in this case, Valve) to decide on whether to add the content to the game officially at a later date.

Exactly. TF2 and Dota2 Workshops are instead for items that will eventually be on sale in their respective stores if they receive enough votes.

The tf2 workshop says to use 2d or 3d art studios (in this case my 8th grade school had a scetch up thing 3d maker when I was there). you might be able to use things similar to that.
