Can't install a game remotely.

Hi guys, I preordered the latest Mortal Kombat game and added it to my library yesterday, with the intention of downloading and installing it remotely today, as I'm at work currently and would like to come home and start playing right away.

I get the option to install every game in my library, except this one, it says "This game cannot be controlled remotely"

What gives?

I'm trying to install a game for my daughter from my computer and I am finding it difficult. She has three games in her library, one is not installed, but it can not be controlled remotely like the original poster's game. Can free games not be installed remotely, I've been trying a couple of them to see if I couldn't at least get one of them to work for her. Heaven forbid I should have to walk into the living room. I've tried the mobile app as well as firefox. I think I'm overlooking something.

To solve the problem you have to download the app(helped me) and if it doesn't work the remote control would be disabled at the moment and you would have to try later.1. Log in on the mobile app 2. Press ''your profile'' 3. scroll down and press show all __ games and press the install form there.
