Cannot trade!! "You cannot trade with (username)" error!!

Hey guys! I cannot trade for some reason! I have tried everything, from rebooting to reinstalling steam!
When I try to send someone a trade I get the error "You cannot trade with (username)"
When someone tries to send it to me I get an error "(myusername) is not available for trade. more information will be shown to (myusername) if they invite you to trade.

I've got this problem as well, I've even sent in to steam support, and a few others I know how the same problem, I think something is going on with steam in general.

Yeah man its happenning exactli the same here, and i cant find a solution on google. and i just made a trade 2 days a go

I made a trade 2 days ago, too. I think it might be problem of last update. I don't know but it should be solved.

I think you can disable trading so other's can't start a trade? However im not sure.

Its not fixed, I've sent in to Steam Support, and I've checked all my statuses, Trade Ban - None, VAC - Good Standing, Steam Guard Enabled - 12 Months ago. So its none of those affecting me personally. Its something with Steam itself from yesterdays update, I was trading on the 29th fine, and on the 30th before the update hit.

I don't know how, really don't know. Some of my friend sent me a trade invite and it worked. I sent a question to support team and explained my problem. Yesterday, i have this problem now its solved.
