Windows 8.1 Update Screwed Up Dota 2 Click Based Abilities[FIXED]

After i updated to windows 8.1, i realised that i could not deny creeps. I then realised that whenever i pressed a button on a keyboard to trigger a click based skill/command, it would take multiple left clicks to get the skill executed.

For instance, kunkka's torrent required me to press Q and then left click about 5 times before a torrent would be executed.

I tried reinstalling drivers, steam, thought about downgrading to windows 8 when i realised the fix was actually so easy that it was retarted.

Go to search -> PC Settings -> PC and Devices -> Mouse and Touchpad

Ensure that under Touchpad -> To help prevent the cursor from accidentally moving while you type, change the delay before the click works -> Select "No delay(always on)"

Perhaps this issue could only be due to my computer's hardware so here are my hardware specs

My computer is an ASUS K55VM running windows 8.1. Hope it helped
