Fraps only saying im running at 60 fps?
Hey guys i have a gtx 980 and i tried playing some games like chivalry and even minecraft, skyrim and it says on fraps im only having 60 fps? i made sure my frames on minecraft were unlimited but it still says im only running at 60 fps and it is making me go crazy!
