Paypal needs a credit card when i try to pay?

Hey steam,
I have recently tried to buy a "CSGO" key from steam with my paypal account. But it won't work? it says everytime that i need to fill in my credit card. but the strange thing is i already spended 15 euros on csgo and now it suddenly not work?
and i know that i have enough money on my bank account. I readed that i need to uncheck the save me box but that also won't help.

btw my bank account is already linked to my paypal.

I have the same problem, but not only here, a few days ago i bought some Riot points from the Riot Store for LoL with the PayPal's instant bank transfer payment method and I didn't need to fill in any credit card information, but now all of a sudden I have to.

I do have enough funds on my bank account so I do not know what causes the problem, but I have contacted PayPal support and hopefully I will get an answer on it, because saying that the Steam guidelines state that you must link a credit card to PayPal is just some nonsense in my opinion (no offence though), because it worked multiple times before this problem occured and that statement in the payment guidelines has been there for a long time i think, so yeah.
