Blockland Transfer To Steam Issue
Hello!

I've purchased Blockland before it was available on steam, and now you can get it on steam. Of coarse, this was a long time ago. I bought it through steam, now having two copies, and after I bought it, I realized you could transfer it for free here.

https://blockland.us/steam-redeem.php

I would like to know if it is possible to terminate/delete/remove, etc. the STEAM copy from my account, so I can get the steam edition through my original version, and I get to keep my BL_ID.

Thanks.

PS: In no way do I want a refund. Just stating that. :)

Maybe the best course of action would be to talk with the dev's. They are the ones that actually issue the key anyway. Otherwise, open a ticket with Support.

I've emailed steam. They sent me here, and they say that "We will respond to your question by email", but I'm yet to receive one.

Yes, but that could take a few weeks. I still recommend making contact with the devs in the Blockland Forum or contacting them via email.

Alrighty, thanks. In five weeks I'll notify them again. BUT, they've stated this:

Your question may already be answered in our knowledgebase:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_search.php?searchwords=Steam+Game+Transfer+Error

Would this mean that they're not going to reply and think that the link that they sent me fixed the problem?

That's the auto robo response. Update your ticket explaining the article is not applicable and concisely restate your issue. The next response should be from a person.
