Report a translation problem
At first I didn't understand what was happening, but it seems it's because the Steam Videos interface is outdated it can no longer connect to youtube properly since they dropped support for old APIs, or something like that.
Valve needs to update it, but I'm not sure that'll happen anytime soon.
You're not the only one though, I'd imagine no one can link videos to their steam accounts currently.
