steam videos broken
Hey Valve,

When adding a video from your youtube accounts its broken.
Heard something about the api not being update?

Would be nice if i can share my video within a few hours.

I'm having this as well. All I get is a Device Support video.
At first I didn't understand what was happening, but it seems it's because the Steam Videos interface is outdated it can no longer connect to youtube properly since they dropped support for old APIs, or something like that.

Valve needs to update it, but I'm not sure that'll happen anytime soon.
You're not the only one though, I'd imagine no one can link videos to their steam accounts currently.

This is correct. All anyone can do is wait for Steam to fix it.

can confirm this is broken Users can not add you tube videos to their profiles.

They fixed the bug that would show only the "Youtube Device Support" video in your youtube account, signifying that the API was outdated. This is some new bug that started shortly before the summer sales went underway where we can see all our videos, but adding them just refreshes the page without doing anything.

Hopefully it'll sort itself out as the sales cool down.

Yup, still broken. I sent in a steam support ticket about it, but no response yet (can't say I'm surpriseed).

Alright, they work again. Steam's been going down a lot today as is, so I guess it was just some maintenance/server issues. Should be good now.
