Steam installs wonky AF
So, games (updates only) tend to take a VERY long time to install. They will download a 60 MB update quickly, and then it will be stuck installing, slowing inching its way to 5 minutes remaining, then back to 4 hours then to 24 minutes, then back ETC. Does anyone know why? Installs usually seem to add an extra 20-30 minutes to what I am downloading. IDK if it is anti-virus' I use, but I never seemed to have this problem in the past. HALP!

What download region are you using? Has this been happening for long; or just today?

new york, its been happening for like 2 months now, and hasnt started anytime i can remeber doing something important to my comp
