I can't add friends :(

Does anyone can help me there so that i can add friends? i created my account last month :(

You're on a limited account; level 0.

You need to buy a game from the Steam Store; or redeem a Steam Store bought gift.
A microtransaction will not suffice; seeing as you do not own a retail license.

Do you really want to use Steam wallet? Just buy the 50 cents game use any other payment method.

Then why do you want to charge your wallet instead of just buying the game? You're confusing. The game is http://store.steampowered.com/app/11340/ and it's actually quite good.

ohw its very cheap sir, i want to buy that but i dont know how sir, dont know how and where to put load in my steam wallet :( its ok sir that if my frnd has an steam wallet load he can buy me for that? or not?

Why do you want to use the wallet? I still don't understand what's preventing you from just buying the game. Why do you insist on using the wallet instead of just buying the game?
