My Account has been Hacked

Sir, I need your help i wonder how he Logged in my Account, my Steam Guard is Active and i'm the only one who knows my Email -.- this is so annoying and i spent real Money for some of those Items i want it Back sir .... Please help me with this OMG.... Pleaseeee Sir ...... What is wrong with the system how did he logged in? I didn't click any phising links, but how did my account hacked by someone when my account is well secured Please HELP !
I'm the only one who knows my account, i didn't click any links nor download any keyloggers, i suspect that your Team or from Steam stole my items or Hack my account because the process of hack he used is steam trade offer, if he logged in my account and accept the trade offer i should have receive an email of Steam Guard because my Steam Guard is Enable and my Email is well secured i don't think he can access my Email... I just wonder how he access my account by bypassing the Steam Guard. Help me on this sir, trace this ID http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198132817714 . Help me to retrieve my items sir Trading and my Items means a lot to me. Help me

Did your account get compromised or did you get the "trade for real money' through trade offers? If its the first then you'll need to contact support.

If you got scammed through trade offers, report them via their profile and you can still try to contact support but my understanding is they don't return scammed items.

Maybe your email got hacked, maybe some site that you use the same password as your email got compromised and they got in through steam that way.

If you use gmail check your account activity in the bottom right corner.

Change any password and change the password on any place that uses the same password.

Check your email for the latest Steam Guard emails, you can easily see if someone else logged in unless those emails got deleted. They have the IP and location for each login attempt.

Trust me it's nobody from valve. On the odd occasion the phishermen like to use an r + n to make an m leading you to believe that your clicking on an offical steam link when it's quite the opposite.

my email and steamm password isn't the same, and i haven't logged in from any sites that i used my email. Only facebook, dota2lounge, steamcommunity. I use hotmail

When i see people that confused, usually they got into a trap and even after its obvious they dont see it.
If you would SEE the trap, you wouldnt get into it.

And you believe instead "for sure, steam needs to steal YOUR items"....... they create them, let you get them, and then they steal them back......
Even this strange story sounds more realistic to you, than a problem on your side?

In those cases its necessary to find the real source. To avoid further damage. Its not important who is to be called at fault.

im confused of how did he stole my items, i just did nothing, i didn;t click any links nor download any programs. i was just asleep that day my account/dota 2 is afk watching tournament, and then when i woke up i went to check my inventory to see if i got some heroic items, then i realise my items were goe then i went to check my trade history... im really confused how did he stole my items, i check my email and i didn't gey any Steam Guard message, i just wonder how did he accept the trade offer by himself? Some of my friends said that the Trade Offer system is not reliable i think it's the reason why my items has been stolen i don't know what technique he use, im not 100% sure but i think that's the reason :( and now he's Trade Banned i saw he's profile " the one who stole my items " i just with that i can retrieve my items, i already sent a Ticket to Steam Support but still no reply...

It might have happened back then, if you didnt lately uploaded/logged in/gave away the steam guard code.

I swear sir i didn't download, opened any links that traders sents in chats, giveaway steam guard code, logged in any website using my steam account. Well i just hope Steam will help me on this.

The user can send malware files to your computer via internet also. That happend to me and got everything hacked, luckely i got everything back after 3 days :p

I lost all my items recently through this person called baby hacked my account, i reported it to steam took screenshots, i got no items back as of yet and its been a number of days I hope they reply soon also, gl tho it sucks and we are in the same boat. I wont be able to really make enough to trade for those items again. I am still upset i hope we can fix this one day.

Well i got hacked by user name [BORG] Karbulot [TN] check out his id his is really a hacker also all my item in tf2 has being hijacked by him well for sure now ik how them hack us
he asking to me to add him as a friends to buy my steam gift game for reason he cannot add me cuz error then when im adding him suddenly a steam guard come n ask a username n password well idk why im already log in to steam also im using steam to add him when im already fill the steam guard then its loading too long cuz it took so long im opening my tf2 then suddenly when i check my backpack all my item that can be tradeable also my steam gift game hav lost Valve pls help me about this everyone who read this pls report this guy also u can know that him a hacker with seing his inventory [BORG] Karbulot [TN] Pls valve i didt know what should i do now i already reported his id Someone pls help
