Voice chat weird problem

here is what is happening, my friend will start the voice chat, hje can hear me, but his mic isnt working, have voice chatted with other friends, And it will work for them, I have also tryed out ts3, and his mic works on that,he has done almost everything that we could think of, here are his stats

CPU - fx-6300 QUAD core 3.00 GHZ
8 GB (not surew the DDR)
Windows 10 64 bit
GTX 750 TI
1 TB HHDD

i could use some help with this as it has become an issue with recording

Does he have GeForce Experience's Beta installed?

Have him uninstall it and retry.
