downloaded Saints Row IV purchase, went from 100% to 1%.

Just bought SRIV on special (excited!) and spent all night waiting for it to download on my slow connection. Open it today and check "Launch when the game is ready to play". It said 100%. I waited. and waited. Nothing. Reopened Steam and the game is at 1%. WHAT!?

(All the game files are present, or at least there are about 7GB of nonsense in the folder)
