CEF Error Header 138 / CEF Unknown issue for CS:GO
I have looked into other posts about this particular issue, but no fix has worked. I have tried to turn off my firewall for a brief moment in addition to allowing CS:GO in my list of exceptions for my firewall. Does anyone have any insight on this? I have Norton Internet Security and this problem just started happening about 2-3 days ago till now. This problem does not allow me to play/watch any games and I only notice this error because it pops up on the news feed in the home page of CS:GO. Please help as my other games work through the firewall.

Did you allow CS:GO in your smart firewall? It appears to be a conflict with your Antivirus.

Yes I have, I allowed CS:GO and Steam for my Smart Firewall. All of my other games work fine, just this one in particular randomly yesterday stopped working. I just tried restarting my computer and reinstalling CS:GO, still no solution. Any more ideas?

Delete %steam%\bin\libcef.dll than https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638
Delete %steam%\steamapps\common\csgo\bin\libcef.dll and https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335

delete from firewall list and re-add Steam.exe and CSGO.exe to firewall
Wait, Norton Smart Firewall ?
