Steam Support Robbery

I really need help. My Uncle is really mad at me for what I have done.

Let's go back about a year ago, when I saw my Uncle playing CSGO and all his cool skins and neat tricks he was doing. He baught CSGO for me on my birthday, as I always played it at his house whenever I went to visit.
I really wanted to play with some cooler skins instead of the default ones, so one day when I really didn't care about the world or anything I created a fake steam account and traded his items onto that one so it won't be traced back to me.

I know it was a terrible thing to do, but my uncle went out and reached for support from Steam support. But the thing is they locked his account and took away the items. I understand locking my account and all, but what did my Uncle do wrong here ? I feel terrible, I don't know how to help my uncle here, but steam support is being really unfair in my opinion.

Can someone please help me, I don't think my Uncle can ever forgive me for this.

Btw the items are worth like $400 or something.

To be honest i don't care about my account being locked, i deserve it. But my uncle did absoultely nothing wrong here and I want them to give his items back and unlock his account.
