Can I refund Steam wallet funds that has been used on a purchase?
hi guys!
so I purchased some steam wallet funds ( $60 ) and got just cause 3, now I want to refund just cause 3 ( played 50 minutes ) and after refunding the game, I want to refund back that $60 to paypal, is that possible ? ( it's been like a week since the first fund purchase )

You can only refund to payment methods you used in order to buy the product.

If you used Steam Wallet to buy it; then refunding to Paypal is not possible.
