i dont have a steam purchase between 30 days to 1 year and when i try to buy something from the community market it says that my account does not have acces of buying thing

Having a valid purchase betwen 30-365 days is a specific Market requirement (among other things).

Until you comply you won't be able to use it.

It can be items as well. Let´s see, you have csgo, so you can buy keys ingame and that will count as a purchase and after that, wait 30 days.
