Help!

So I was downloading witcger 3 and it was in progress 25gb/31gb. I switched off my pc and when I turned it on now it started from 114mb? Please help me

1- got to steam/steamapps /downloading folder and copy 292030 folder to desktop
2-then name it The Witcher 3
3-then delete your downloading by right clicking on it and delete local content
4-then move The Witcher 3 folder from desktop to steam/steam apps/common
5-then install the game again it will discover old files that have been downloaded.
6-this is your only hope.

it is saying i don't have enough space on my desktop to paste it.

then paste it somewhere else if you don't have enough space in C drive
