"Application is not yet public" On non-steam games

Up until the last update, I used to be able to upload screenshots from Battlefield 3 and 4, but now I can only upload them to my private folder because I receive the following message:

"This application is not yet public. Screenshots can't be made public on Steam Community and can't be shared on Facebook"

Anyone else affected by the same issue?

I had that same issue on my Windows partition yesterday. I couldn't change from private to public in the upload manager so had to do it manually after it has been uploaded.
Glad it wasn't just my end.

Just tested it on Linux too(Steam Beta Update), same problem. Can't set to Public and defaults at Private.

Slight bump, but I've been having this exact same issue with all non-steam games.
Running the latest Steam Client Beta.

Following the 'slight bump' wagon, as I've just had this happen to me. It was working fine about a week or so ago and now with a non-Steam game, it suddenly stopped working! (When before it was just fine on that end.)

Really hoping it's a bug.

I noticed you can upload them in private and then switch them to any other view, but you have to view the picture online and do it for each screenshot... this really sucks

The issue was fixed with today's udpate...YAY!
