Refund problem
I keep getting rejected refund on steam because of the playtime exceed 2 hrs and i buy the game on date 17th February 18 but i only played for 1hr since the purchase were made . Previously i've played the game on free weekend 1 year ago and played for 27hrs.What can i do?

but steam refund policy says that the 2hrs only count after the purchase.

No. All playitme is counted.

No it doesn't. It says:

"within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime".

So, two weeks after purchase, but 2 hours in general.

Does not matter. You have a "total playtime" of over 2 hours.

What does that matter? It is two weeks AND two hours. You played the game for 28 hours. This refund is not going to happen.
