Steam doesn't load shop, profile and any other thing than my games library.
My steam started to load things hours long, and I can see only my games, and play them. Can someone help me to fix this issue?
It's the second day since steam is not working.

Even without this issue, you should've done that a long time ago really.

Security to name one.

It's a 2013 update, and the update that fixes this issue is from 2015.

It's not working. The issue has been not fixed by installing sp1.

Because you need to install KB2999226.

I also said above it's a 2015 update that you need, and that SP1 is a 2013 update.

You do need Service Pack 1 to install the required update though, so no time was wasted.

Try find the update on Windows Update itself.

Although this should be for 64-bit
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49093

This for 32-bit
