Steam client bootstrapper wont install
After posting a support ticket and the support team not understanding me i thought i would try it here
So since my Steam client crashed 3 days ago i tried to fix it: Day 1: restarting pc, youtube tutorials etc. nothing worked, steam client didnt even show in task manager. so after uninstalling steam and trying to delete the folder ♥♥♥♥ began to get real, i restarted pc, and tried to run an installer... 'Please close Steam to continue'... ok? i dont have steam installed and it is opened. so checking task manager i didnt see the steam client anywhere. around 5PM i posted a support tickey Day 2: the support ticket didnt get anwsered, so i decided to check more tutorials and all of the steam help site thingys, nothing worked, at 5PM i got an anwser from Jonathon who didnt understand it and said it was an error of #gamename ... k. Day: 3 (today) no other anwser yet, didnt fix it yet. i decided to check Command Prompt tasklist. no Steam Client Bootstrapper. still the same error, does anybody know how to fix this?

Did you ever try the normal uninstall? You didn't mention it in your post.

You got windows 10?

Try booting into safe mode with networking and uninstall steam. Normal or manual.

Guide here: https://www.ghacks.net/2017/05/03/windows-10-safe-mode/

If you can uninstall steam then reboot to normal for the reinstall.

I meant "try option 1".

All the options lead to the safemode, it's just different ways to do it.
