Does anyone know why steam doesn't allow people to buy games in my location?
Steam is available in other locations, so I bought a gift card and it never worked, but then I gave my friend it to buy me ARK and CS:GO then.... it worked... And I asked a few people in my school but they all said it does not work. Any help here hopefully a steam admin replies with some answers because I am very curious why it doesn't work because I can't get a premium account. (THIS DISCUSSION IS CLOSED, DO NOT COMMENT HERE ANYMORE)

They don't let me buy stuff here, but my friend from another country can. My gift card didn't work for me... it worked for my friend. My paypal didn't work either.

It's actually 3 countries and the name is 3 countries and.... Yea... Bonaire St.Eustatius and Saba one is 5 miles long and one is 7 miles long and idk how long Bonaire is

so Dutch Caribbean. was that so hard?

i have not seen or heard of any wallet codes being used/sold there.
