Can I run the game?

Hi guys I want to play rainbow six siege. My specs
CPU:i3 550 3.2ghz (dual core,4 threads)
GPU:MSI gtx 1050 of
Ram: 6gb DDR3
I think those are the main specs I need to care about.
So rainbow six siege's minimum requirement for a cpu is i3 560 3.3 GHz and as I stated I have i3 550 3.2 ghz. Can I still run it? I saw a YouTube video where a guy got 60-70 fps with the same cpu and GPU was the ti version of mine which I know gives 10 fps more than my GPU . So can I atleast run the game on 40-50 fps?
