Streaming Videos?
Noticed that the Mad MAx videos now available are Streaming.

I believed one of the selling points for Video on Steam was they would be local files rather than streamed.

It's like a game purchase. Back it up or redownload if you want to watch it again. Although why anyone would pay Steam $19.99 to "own" a movie is beyond me

Its streaming, you can't back it up or download it. The content will never be on your computer.
