Missing Doors

I was playing and after the super mutated plant boss and just after a part where a elevator slides in sideways in a fallen building, there's a part where you are walking across two doors and you fall through the second door, but when I arrived the second door wasn't loading. I was struggling with this for a while, the only part of the door that loaded was the door frame. I tried exiting and reloading but this didn't help. I really don't want to have to delete and reinstall the game since I'm 4 hours in. Any suggestions?

It can be a little pain but have you tried going back a chapter?

I restarted the game again and redid the chapter and the door loaded. Great game besides that
