Purchased in error

Hello,

I am new to Steam and unfortunately wasn't aware that not all games run on Mac. I have just purchased "NightSky" and it says it is not available on my current platform. What a shame. Is there any way I might be able to get my money back for this? I don't have a different machine I can play it on so I'm a bit stuck really! It's my own silly fault for not looking at all the information, but it would be great if there is any way I can get a refund/exchange.

There are 2 ways you can help yourself.

1. If you still have the game in your inventory, you can trade it for another game, I'm sure someone out there has a good offer.

2. If it's already in your library, contact Valve and see if that helps you.
