Game wont start?

I wait for the button to say play now is clickable. I then click it when it is and then nothing happens. My NAT type is Open:FullCone. Any suggestions?

Cut documents-eden games folder Paste on desktop, run game, if ok now it's corrupted file in that folder. If stillnot ok paste it back (delete the new folder first).

Why is the eden games file located I cant find it in my documents?

I downloaded it and set the file path to where it is but it won't start

Nope, it's not the only way. My steam version works fine.
