I have been trying to unban my account for over a month now. It all started when i recieved an email saying that i requested to change my email Wait what!!!!. No way i did so i go to login to my PWE account an its says it been banned. still have not been able to login. I would also like to state why in the hell would they make someone login to even see the forums. thats just stupid. Customer service is nonexsistent and all i ever did get was an automated response. Say ing weve closed your ticket, it may have gotten lost b/c it hasnt been resolved. so what i did was sent a compromised account email and another 2 week later. still no response over 4 weeks later. wtf! this after finally giving in to buying 50 dollars worth of zen. REALLY! btw ive been playing since the game was realeased. any F'n ideas.

dunno, make a perfect world account and post in one of their forums or something, they might monitor the forums section on perfect world...

sounds like someone hacked your account. changed your email contact and got you banned. If the password hint you had on account was answered on places like facebook and etc they could easy get your password reset and etc.
