Starter Pack no-Code Showing ????

Just ordered the Starter pack got the Email recipt but no code to enter in the Redem Key on the website as the instructions say ????? Am I missing something here ??

I had to restart Steam and it showed as a CD key ... Put it in and it worked

I have this problem. I already had STO on my computer. I heard from a firend about the Starter Pack. I logged in to steam and bought the pack. Got the email no code. I dont use steam or know much about it. Poster above me. Where would I look for that CD key?

Go to library, then click on STO. Over on the right it should say stuff like

CD Key
News
Groups
Store Page

Click on CD Key for your code.

STO was not in my library. I read the instructions in the email I got from the purchase I made. I added STO as a non steam game. It now shows up in my library. when I click on it all I get is this is a non steam game. No other options show up for it. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

You should be able to view the product keys as soon as you begin installing the game. Simply begin the installation and then pause the download if you do not want to finish the installation.

Do that real quick and when you got your key, just right click and press remove local content.

Thank you for all the help. I started to install STO form steam and was able to finally find my CD Key.

Where do I put in the key once I've found it?

Go to the website > log in > my account > redeem key.

Ok, now how do I enable the 'Steam Powered' title? More accurately, where does it appear? Is it in the drop down menu where I'd normally find my rank pips?

Its a title that you can use and change via edit character description. Should be next to your captain's train officers button.

I bought this package and my activation code is only 6 characters long. The website says to enter a 25 character code. anyone else having this problem?

Thats how it normally is. The website should take it as it is. It did for me.

thanks for the reply. whenever I try to enter the code, I get a message stating to enter a 25 character code so it is not taking it for some reason. I have opened a ticket with customer support.
