Problem with running in steady FPS

Whenever I turn around, the screen is like, freezed, even I adjusted all the graphic setting to the lowest.

TBH becides the day of the new patch [the roms] and the shut downs that are happening dayily [witch i dont mind cuz that means there on there job and fixing ♥♥♥♥] i havent had 1 prob with the game haveing a good time with the roms tbh its nice to have something new to do

You could look at the options in the troubleshooting section of the graphics tab, there may be a few options that help, also what are you running the game on, your system specs

I am getting this issue also. My husband has the same computer built as I and he is having ZERO issues with freezing.

He downloaded directly from Perfect World and I downloaded right from Steam. I am considering uninstalling and doing a fresh install directly from Perfect Worlds website just to see if for some reason it's the steam client.

I really don't know what else to do becasue I am freezing to the point ground combat is unplayable.

I think it should be no problem for me to run this game under lowest setting. But it's still running terribly.
