Interface - LCARS

Thank GOD they finally allowed us to change interface colors! I have found myself at times (usually in the middle of some intense action and I NEED to activate Emergency To Shields before I get my ♥♥♥ blown off) losing my blue mouse cursor against the blue interface and blueish space.
Of course, there's something wrong with the login database at the moment, so no one can get in... but there will finally be a bit of contrast to the UI once we can get in.
