you like Star Trek AND you like RPG... 100% download it!
How have you not played it? It's free and they set up the F2P pretty good in this game, your not missing anything (unlike SWTOR which cuts a lot of content out of F2P).
-They Leveling up and getting new better ships is SO ADDICTING!
-Also it's not a lot of back and forth fetch questing which is MMO B.S. You just Comms with your mission giver and get instant rewards.
-The Ground based combat is O.K.

Speaking as a Star Trek Fan and a RPG fan, This is my favorite MMO, the only one I went to end game content with not one 1 character but 4! and I'm looking foward to the Romulan and new Klingon content.

It is a fun space combat game by far, and if you are a star trek nerd you will enjoy it.

Coming from a person whose main MMO has been WoW, and who has tried countless other MMOs but leaves them, I love this game! A big reason I got hooked is because unlike many other MMOs, this provides so much different content and it's great!

Just wait until after the update tommorow, when they'll have a full experiance for not only one of the factions, but a filled out story for the second, and an entirely new thrid one! One of the best of the games PWE puts out, others being Champions Online, and the new Neverwinter.

For the Federation, yes. Klingons are just about playable and the romulans are the new guys so no idea as yet.
