I'll wait & if it doesn't fix itself before I try it again, I'll likely just delete it. I was moments away from duty officers though.

It appears to have been fixed. I was able to launch smoothly just now. Thought I was close to Duty Officers but nope I'm almost lvl 6 leaving one giant level between me & my goal.
