how do u get the nice ships .. like the intrepid class ?/ or destroyers

You have to level up and then go to ESD (Earth Space Dock) and purchase them.

Or you can purchase new ships after a Level-Up at every shipyard in starbasesm, so you don't have to go to the earth evey time you get promoted.

Leveling up is what gets you new ships. You will start out with the starter ship that is either a Miranda, Centaur, or Shikar. You can purchase some of the other starter ships for ZEN (real money converted into Perfect World's currency). These ships include the TOS constitution class, NX class, and the Oberth class. Just remember to go to talk to Admiral Quinn at ESD when you rank up to LtCdr, Cdr, Capt, and RA to get a requisition for a free ship.

The chart below will show you the free ships and ZEN store ships. It is a bit outdated so the cost numbers do not reflect the current cost in game and not all the newer ships are in there. If you are curious as to what the ZEN store has for ships, just click on the ZEN store button on the lower left of your mini map labeled "STORE" with a little ZEN coin next to it. There are also ships you can get from lock boxes but this is a gamble as the percentage of getting a ship is really small. To open these lock boxes you will either have to cough up real money to buy a key from the ZEN store or go to the exchange and spend the in game currency of energy credits. These keys typically go for around 1.5 million energy credits each on the exchange.

Don't worry about it, the game really only starts when you reach level 50. In the meantime, as soon as you are able (level 11), join all the 'Mirror Incursions' you can. You'll be 50 fast.

where do u get this quests ... do i have to use zen for it .... because i dont have any..im lieutenant rank 5 ... fearrrr me .lol.. the game is actually growing fun to me.the ironic thing was i wasnt banned on lotro i wouldnt hop to this game .

Sometimes events come around that let you get free ships, most of the tv/movie ships are pay only, there are lock boxes in the game that have ships in them but the keys are expensive.

Check your episode guide, it'll have all your missions...assuming you're the right level.

where is memory alpha ... i looked at star trek online wiki it doesnt show .. im in sector space and even went to sol system ..im looking for commander romaine to start my tutorial.

leave earth and into sector space go to the alpha centari sector (up on your map) and its in the top left corner of that

Typically you can get help in game if you ask but you will run into jerks from time to time. Pay them no mind, have fun and kick some rear! :)

The normal bank is the normal bank for ONLY the character you are using. The account bank is the bank which you can put all of the items that aren't character-bound into them and any character you have on that account will be able to access the items inside it, but you have to buy the account bank with zen.
