Lock Box spare ships?

so the voth lockbox can contain some ships that are specific to alliance. I'm wondering if these will drop for any character, or are they dependent on the character opening the box?

If my Fed character opens a box, is there a chance to drop the Mirror Universe Vo’Quv Carrier/Mirror Universe Ha’feh Assault Warbird, or would it only drop the Mirror Universe Patrol Escort/Mirror Universe Advanced Escort?

Mirror Universe ships are specific to the faction of the character that acquires them. Only Federation character will find Mirror Universe Terran Empire ships. KDF characters will only get Mirror Klingon Alliance ships, and likewise for Romulans.

Additionally, you can only open the reward pack that is specific to your faction. (If you obtained a Mirror Qin on a Klingon character, you wouldn't be able to open it on a Federation character if you mailed it to them, for example.)

I currntly have 53 voth lock boxes that I cant open (Cant aford the cost of the master keys) Anybody interested in a trade for some master keys? I will trade part of lock boxes as part of the deal but not all. Have 2 kinds of voth lock boxes dont know what differance is but they are in 2 differant slots.

I would think it would be 3 slots... i thought lockboxes only stacked up to 20.
