Healing query.

Made a Science officer. Am i self healing on away teams... am i auto healing my team mates? .. hard to tell. I notice that my science offer seems to be healing team mates.. but not sure if i am too?

Depending on what skills you use.
Does it say target self target friend target party etc?
Just hover your mouse over the skill to see what it does.
Also target the person you want to heal.

Now we got the obvious stuff out of the way.
Yes you and your team auto heal outside of combat.
All classes do that.
