Having problems buying zen with steam wallet

Any suggestions? I am getting a error message, I have money in my steam wallet just not transfering.

i did this for about 2 weeks before without any probs... how do you initialise the payment? starting in the in-game-menue?

Yes. It worked fine a few days ago, now it just dosnt want to work. I have a balance in my wallet, it just dosnt transfer.

Does Steam overlay show up in-game? If not, then try starting the game in safe mode. That's the only way i get the overlay to work. It needs to be there or you won't be able to click on the confirmation dialog.

You can choose safe mode from options in the launcher. All it really does is reset graphics to minimal settings (that i've noticed)

that was not necessary in my case... hope that works... but can it be that the change from perfect world to arc is responsible for that?

hm... it must be a failure, perhaps support team from sto can help you. i don't know, what can be the problem... the only thing is, perfect world is transfering to arc meanwhile. perhaps the purchase-system must be updated... but it's just a guess.

The Steam/Community Overlay has to be enabled for it to work - it's used for purchase authorization.

If you have it enabled and it's still not working.. well.. I don't really know what's going wrong then.

Actually figured it out and it was simple. The amount I was wanting to purchase, for what ever reason was not working so I had to purchase in smaller amounts lol.
