Cannot link Cryptic User account on the new Arc site

After 3 years I like to try this game again. When I try to login, I have to link mine Cryptic account to an Perfect World account.

https://my.perfectworld.com/sto is redirected to http://www.arcgames.com/en and I cannot find where I can link on this new site.
Does anyone know how to link the two accounts on the Arc site?

Did you try to login in the game launcher with youre cryptic account? at the troubleshoots it writes you must do this, than you will be redirected on a website where you can end the linking process...

I did try this, but the redirect to the new Arc site prevents me from completing it.

Umf... that's really sh**. i saw, the support-stuff is from last year. there will surely (hopely) come an update... try to ask the support-team at the contact-page. there must be a solution for this...
