Ability setup keeps reverting
My space ability setup (what spell goes to which number) keeps reverting after every loading screen. Its reverts to my old setup and its never done this before. Tried to make a new setup 3 times and everytime it was lost again. Very anoying, only me? Help! (I fly the teir 2 federation escort)

It happens a few times when new big updates come out, it effects us all at some point and nothing we can really do about it.

You have to save your settings to a loadout slot.

Even if you save it to a loadout slot it still happens

It's not related to Loadouts, It's just a glitch that they have to patch out. Just keep fixing your abilities when it happens.
