You're welcome :)
3840x2160 is a 16:9 aspect ratio
For native 4k displays you have to make sure the settings are correct, not only on the display, but between the display and your PC.
As an example, most people do not know that you have to plug in the HDMI into the correct place on the back of the 4k monitor. Physically turn your 4k display around and get a flashlight, find the correct input. For Samsung displays, the correct HDMI port might be labeled as "HDMI/DVI" and be labeled with a Yellow sticker. This is also the correct port in order for HDR on the PS4 Pro to work, otherwise it'll be grey'ed out in the PS4 Pro video settings. Use a good quality HDMI cable OR Display Port cable if that's what you use. A cheap HDMI cable is just that. Cheap. Go with a good $50 one with gold plated connections.
Further, the Hertz on the display has to be manually set once the display is properly connected to the PC tower. To do this:
Right-click desktop go to Display settings > scroll down to Display adapter properties > tic Monitor tab > set Screen refresh Rate to highest Hertz in the drop-down list. Click Apply.
Finally, there is a configuration file for this game located in the games' main directory. I'm not sure, but there may be some settings which can be raised or lowered. You can also Zoom in/alter your main screen view through your display. If it came with a remote control, look in the options. I used Zoom in feature for Witcher 3 until i found the FoV fix on the Nexus site.
What I learned was with everything maxed out on Butcher Bay Athena looked nothing like this guys video. Come to find out that he was playing the orginal from 2004? So I picked up a copy of that and no doubt it looks way better.
Better texures, text, bump mapping you name it, further research many agreed the remake looked worse. HOWEVER if I go above 1920 on resolution on the original the field of view goes wacky and you cannot do any climbing or hand to hand combat. Open areas, no problem, but more or less un-playable at 4K. BUT, at 1920, it looks better than 4K on the remaster, so there is that and in 1920 mode the field of view is 95+% correct so it's more than playable.
The dude on Youtube wouldn't answer my questions on how he got the original to play in 4K without the field of view issue. I can find no solutions.
