hey unable to install latest patch as it says the current file is corrupt ??? please help me

using Steam? Normally it should already be up to date. If you use retail. DO NOT USE A CRACK. at least not untill you patched your game. If you didnt't used a crack / cracked .exe, you should reinstall the game. Do not try to install Retail Patch on a Steam Game. It wont work and if it work it will produce problems
